This day. Oh my. Not only was it the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever shot – from the Deschutes River as a backdrop to the wildflower bouquets to the doily dreamcatchers – but it was one of the most joyful and meaningful days I’ve witnessed. These two are so genuine and loving, and their bright smiles and genuine laughter are contagious.
It was such a joy to get to shoot by the river on such a beautiful Central Oregon day. Alison and Andy’s day sums up everything that Central Oregon is about – Deschutes River views, towering Ponderosa Pines, good beer, bright sunshine, and fellowship with friends and family.
But really guys. The details of this wedding shouldn’t be missed. So much of it was DIY and done so so well. Especially the handmade hanging alter behind the bridal party during the ceremony. Oh my!
