I’ve moved back to the city. It’s great. Seattle is fun. My housemates are the best. And we live in a super cute little neighborhood that it so fun to explore. But, at the end of the day, I can’t deny that I’m a ‘wide open spaces’ kind of a girl. Luckily, I have some friends who are of the same kind, and love to go exploring. So the other day, my friend Matt and I went up to Deception Pass, an area an hour and a half above Seattle, at the top of the Puget Sound. Here the water smells salty, the birds are the only noise, and the trees are plentiful. Exploring really refreshed my soul. It’s amazing what a good dose of nature and peace & quiet can do for someone.
